Young children always have a favourite cuddly toy. A special one that they take everywhere and one that they also need to help them get to sleep.
These cuddly toys get sticky and dirty and eventually need washing - but this can cause a problem as some children don't like the look and feel of the toy when it comes out of the washing machine as good as new.
For this little story I thought it would be good to change this slightly by having the little boy not recognise his teddy when it gets covered in mud and leaves.
Can you think of any other things that might happen to Adi's Teddy?
